We have a 30-day no questions asked free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All you have to do to be eligible for a return, is return your item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It's that simple!
To start a return, drop us a message either by email - strikers.golf.info@gmail.com - or on social media, which ever is eassiest for you! We’ll then send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Do you offer free returns?
We offer free returns for our customers based in the UK, simply request your return by dropping us an email - strikers.golf.info@gmail.com - or social media. Please use the provided Royal Mail label or QR code to return your order.
We recommend posting at a location that can provide a proof of postage receipt please keep hold of your proof of postage until your return has been completed.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We provide a refund within 24 hours of receiving your return.
Can I return something if I haven't got a printer?
For our UK customers after you have requested your return you will also be given a QR code which can be used at selected Post Office branches to generate the return address label.
